Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
.Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Stir in tomato sauce, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add olives and raisins, and let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with white rice or fried plantains.
